Authorized Use Notice
This service is operated by Detection Systems & Engineering for approved employees, customers, and business partners. Access is limited to the files and functions assigned to your account.
Account and access responsibilities
- Use only credentials assigned to you and do not share passwords or active sessions.
- Access only the folders and information required for your authorized work.
- Sign out when using a shared device and protect downloaded files after they leave this service.
- Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials, or unexpected file activity promptly.
Monitoring and security
Sign-ins, file transfers, sharing actions, administrative changes, source addresses, and related security events may be logged and reviewed to protect the service, investigate incidents, support customers, and meet contractual or legal requirements. Attempts to bypass access controls or interfere with the service are prohibited.
Customer and confidential information
Upload only information that you are authorized to store or exchange. Confidential, regulated, export-controlled, or customer-owned information must be handled according to the applicable agreement, DSE policy, and legal requirements. Do not upload malicious software, illegal content, or material that infringes another party’s rights.
File sharing and retention
Shared links and downloaded copies can extend access beyond this portal. Create shares only when permitted, select the shortest practical expiration, and provide any share password through a separate communication channel. Availability, retention, recovery, and deletion are governed by the applicable service agreement and account configuration.

If you believe your account or files may be at risk, stop using the affected session and contact your DSE administrator or the DSE Helpdesk. Do not include passwords or access codes in a support request.
